'Tis the season for doing a little bit of baking but here is a recipe that doesn't require any baking at all.
Chocolate Balls
You will need...
8 Weet-bix
1 tin condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp coconut
Extra coconut for rolling
Crush the 8 Weet-bix in a bowl.
Add the condensed milk, cocoa + coconut.
Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Using your clean hands make balls from the mixture and roll them in the extra coconut.
Refrigerate until firm.
These chocolate balls are great to put out on the Christmas table. They are so easy to make that older kids will have a ball making them all by themselves and littlies will have some messy fun giving them a go with the help of an adult.
Jingle all the way....celebrate Jesus' Birthday!

I deleted my comment by accident. So I was saying.. that is my kind of recipe - easy peasy! Thanks for sharing. I think I'll make them for our mothers group tomorrow!
You can also make them with Marie biscuits (whatever they are) but I figure they'd give them a smoother texture. The Weet-bix ones are yummy. Enjoy making and eating them.
Hi Amanda
I am loving your super easy recipes. Perfect for this time of year, where you are often putting together plates for Christmas get togethers.
I will be keeping a copy of this recipe and it will be one we will certainly be trying. Thank you for sharing.
It's fun to share them Elise. I like to find things that are easy but taste yummy. Somehow all of the chocolate balls I made have gone already!!! He he he! Think I'll be making some more this week before Friday.
Looking forward to our get-together Elise. I will send an invitation email soon.
I made these for Christmas Eve. easy and yummy. Unfortunately we ahd so much food that I'm not too sure if any were eaten but for the 1 I had. I will make them again though.
Yum!
My sister makes the best Chocolate Balls! She had a platter of them ready for Christmas day and they disappeared in minutes!!
I hope you had a great Christmas?
How's the house painting coming along?
Hey Amanda
You've been quiet lately. I hope everything is ok?
Blessings,

Thanks for caring Narelle. We moved house just after Christmas so the internet was switched off for quite some time. Everything's good to go now so I'll be back blogging soon.
